Nepotism at its best in DAP

Since its official formation in 1966 (plus a few more years before that), DAP is Lim Kit Siang and Lim Kit Siang is DAP.

DAP is and has been a One-Man dictatorship, with the full support of the Lim Dynasty.

DAP’s structure of leadership has not experienced any true sense of changed since its inception in 1966.

The party supremo is still Lim Kit Siang and his crown prince Lim Guan Eng. (though their title/position was changed a couple of times to lull the people)

Almost all the political parties have changed their leaders and office bearers (except maybe for the MIC) in the last few decades but what about those who are shouting and crying out for change like DAP?
